Arrived, but all items from this collection have suffered cold damage due to the long shipment time. As a result, orders from this collection will be canceled, and we will issue a refund by the end of this week.

The package was initially sent by EMS but got stuck at the port due to a port strike. Then, due to the Canada Post strike, the agent helped switch the shipping to UPS. However, the package arrived at the local UPS warehouse and was not delivered due to overload. What was originally a 1-week shipment took a total of 36 days to travel.

I understand that it is disappointing due to the long waiting time. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. Sincerely, thank you to everyone who participated in the preorder and supported us. We will reorder the items once the temperature improves and will use air cargo to import them.

We are selling rootless stem cuttings or leaf cuttings. These plants are very easy to root, but please do your research before purchasing items from this collection.

Please also note the size of the plants in this collection (Exam the second photo for reference):

• Orchid Cactus (Epiphyllum): Sold as a single leaf cutting, approximately 20 cm long.
• Christmas Cactus (Schlumbergera): Sold as a 5-leaf stem cutting.
• Moss Rose (Portulaca grandiflora): Sold as a 5-stem cutting.
  

All cuttings will arrive bare-rooted, and we will select and send only fresh cuttings to you. We will ship in winter and add the necessary protection.
