My plants arrived well wrapped, heat packs applied, and situation in thermal pouch. My plants were toasty and healthy upon arrival. Takes the scare out of winter ordering. Just need to make sure there is enough packs with the longer longevity especially if held up during delivery.

Ordered Dec 11th, arrived February 9th with 2 Ice Cold Heat Packs (which has happened on 3 occasions & I notified OrchidMart), I notified Evan via email on March 9th as the centers of the Neo. Furan started turning black and dying. To date, March 13th, still haven’t had a reply from Orchidmart/Evan. Considering in the last 9 months, I have made 37 Orders tallying over $3,400.00 (yes, three thousand four hundred dollars), one would think there would be at least a minuscule amount of Customer Care. Over the last 3 months, OrchidMart had deteriorated to the point that I question whether my 8 outstanding paid orders of plants listed as “in stock” will actually get shipped, and shipped properly with active (not cold) heat packs. Perhaps time to find a new Vendor.
This is my second winter order, and both times the plants arrived extremely well wrapped and cozy.
