Additional Heat Pack for Winter Shipping
Ensure optimal temperature protection for cold-weather shipments with our Additional Heat Pack. Designed for use in conjunction with our standard Winter Shipping protection (which already includes one heat pack), this extra heat pack provides supplemental insulation for temperature-sensitive items.
Please note: purchasing an additional heat pack alone is not covered by our live-arrival guarantee for winter shipping. Buyers who order only a heat pack assume responsibility and purchase at their own risk.

Maturity: Please evaluate the maturity based on the size reference photo provided. If no photo is available, we will ensure the orchid arrives as described.
AS-IS: This plant is recently imported and may not be in perfect condition. Please allow 5–10% imperfections before making a purchase.
Bare-root: If the plants are not fully established in the pot, they will be considered bare-root and may need extra attention.
Potted plant: We have been growing it locally for a while; it shows good signs of active growth and is considered established.
Reference Photo: Images are provided by our suppliers and are for reference only. We recommend also cross-checking photos from other growers online to better understand the expected appearance.

Not when …..

…… they are either faulty heat packs (as experienced on 4 separate shipments as they were ICE COLD upon arrival, which I notified Evan) or the Plants with the 72 Hour Heat Packs were activated DAYS in advance before being picked up by the Courier. I live within the same City as where OrchidMart is based/ships out of. The plants are picked up/dropped off on one day, delivered the next. I can’t see 72 hour Heat Packs dying within 24-48 hours….. something isn’t right, especially when it has happened on 4 occasions. I suspect activating them well in advance of even being picked up by the courier. I often get 2-3 day delivery of Live Fish/Aquatic Livery from other providers in the winter, and the heat packs are still warm upon arrival.

Is it really a Live Guarantee when…..

….you contact Evan about a plant that isn’t doing well, and you don’t hear back from him?
Ordered Dec 11th, arrived February 9th with 2 Ice Cold Heat Packs (which has happened on 3 occasions & I notified OrchidMart), I notified Evan via email on March 9th as the centers of the Neo. Furan started turning black and dying. To date, March 13th, still haven’t had a reply from Orchidmart/Evan. Considering in the last 9 months, I have made 37 Orders tallying over $3,400.00 (yes, three thousand four hundred dollars), one would think there would be at least a minuscule amount of Customer Care. Over the last 3 months, OrchidMart had deteriorated to the point that I question whether my 8 outstanding paid orders of plants listed as “in stock” will actually get shipped, and shipped properly with active (not cold) heat packs. Perhaps time to find a new Vendor.
