The plant itself arrived in good shape, but had been forgotten by Orchidmart for more than a month before I asked when to expect it. Their compensation was over-night shipping. Not a compensation since all plants shipped are that way. Wa to go, Orchidmart. First time doing a pre-order and not sure I'd do that again.
