Please note:
- The orchid is currently under preorder. which means the item has not yet arrived in Canada, and we are in the process of importing it.
- Typically, preorders are expected to arrive approximately one month after the preorder month.
- Please check the estimated arrival date on the main page of our preorder site. Once the flight carrying the preorder items is booked, we will confirm and update the arrival date accordingly.
- Additionally, when the preorder items arrive, we will announce their arrival on our Instagram page.
- If your order includes both preorder items and in-stock items, we will hold your entire order until the preorder items arrive, and then ship everything together.
