It only took one day for my plants to arrive, and everything was in perfect condition (with winter protection added) amidst -10 degree weather! Received a healthy neo with 1 mature growth (as advertised) and 4 new growths. No dead/rotted roots and leaves were in pristine condition. Cute addition to my neo collection along with my even smaller aoshinju (also purchased here)!
