Kim O'Connor I'm super happy with how my orchid was packaged! There was lots of insulation and the box was oversized to keep the orchid from getting too hot from the added heat pack. It was still nice and warm when it arrived. The orchid itself arrived super happy and healthy. I highly recommend this added insurance for when it's freezing outside.
