First-Time Order & Beginners – Please Read Before Purchase

We are an orchid and exotic plant import company. We do not grow orchids locally or manage a greenhouse. Instead, we import orchids and ship them directly to customers upon arrival. You are purchasing imported orchids.

Important Considerations for Imported Orchids:

  • Bare-Rooted: All imported orchids arrive bare-rooted, meaning they do not come with a growing medium or pots. We may temporarily pot them upon arrival, but they are still considered bare-rooted and require special care.
  • Challenging to Grow: Bare-rooted orchids are more challenging to grow than locally cultivated orchids. They require experienced care and an appropriate growing environment.
  • Not ideal for Resale or Gifting: These are not fine orchids and are primarily intended for hobby growers who want to collect rare varieties. If you are looking for orchids to resell or use as high-quality gifts, these may not be the best choice.

What to Expect:

Since they are shipped bare-rooted, some imperfections are normal due to the nature of import and transportation:

  • Dry or weak root systems
  • Dehydration or yellowing leaves
  • Fold marks, broken leaves, or damaged spikes due to packaging and transit
  • Increased susceptibility to bacterial and fungal infections due to transportation stress

All imported orchids are sold AS-IS. We ship them in the condition we receive them, with an expected 10–20% imperfection rate. These orchids require time (months) to adjust to a new growing environment and are not recommended for beginners.

We guarantee live arrival, but we do not provide ongoing care support after delivery. You are purchasing at your own risk.

Advice for Beginners:

  • Start Small: If you are new to growing orchids, start with 1–2 varieties to test your ability to care for them. Once you gain experience, you can try more.
  • Research First: Different orchids require different care conditions. Make sure the orchids you choose suit your environment before purchasing.
  • Be Prepared: Have fungicides and pesticides ready to treat newly imported orchids, helping them adapt faster.
  • Best Practices: Avoid excessive trimming, maintain a sterile growing environment, and ensure proper moisture and humidity for the best chance of success.

By purchasing, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take full responsibility for your orchids' care.
