We are a plant import company and do not grow orchids locally. Preorder items are not in stock and will take longer to import and arrive. We collect orders first, then import and ship them directly to you when they arrive.
If you’d like to join our preorder, please make sure to read the preorder instructions regarding the estimated arrival date and plant details.
I wasn't sure about this one when it arrived, the moss it was in was waterlogged, and several leaves dropped after arrival. But I'm working with it, and it's finally stable. There is hope here! The key is to simply not keep the moss so wet.
The plant came healthy and with no issues. It was as described and I can’t wait until it blooms. I have always been happy with the plants purchased from Orchidmart and will continue to purchase from them.
Winter is harsh but these heat packs really work. My cattleyas arrived in shape!
Phal. Cassandra arrived in moss that was almost dripping-wet, and all but 2 roots were rotted. But, while the leaves were soft, there was a healthy looking spike with 1 flower and 2 buds, so I had hope. The next day, the flower and buds dropped, and the leaves had gone from soft to floppy. Evan told me it would revive with help. I've been working with it for weeks, and there is little change, other than there are now only 2 wrinkled floppy leaves. I've revived iffy Phals before. This one is challenging me. Photo included. What do you think?
