I decided to order this particular Phal., but it was my first time ordering from OrchidMart. Usually, I prefer to doing an actual "hands on" & visually inspecting my choice for purchase prior to whipping out the credit card. Welp, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The Orchid came well packed, it was delivered safe and sound. After unpacking and doing an inspection, it got two thumbs up: (I would give more thumbs up, but I only have two!)
It's been a couple of weeks since its arrival, and the Orchid is doing just fine. No sign of travel stress, no indication of unwanted critters (even though, with every new addition they get a major treatment with Mitricide, and 7 days later, a treatment with Safer's Insecticidal Soap). Plant is acclimating just fine, can't wait to have it spike/bloom.
Since my first experience was so positive, I have since ordered two bare root Phals from their July preorder. Let's see how they are when they arrive!

The plant arrived in good shape. Packing is good and secure.
Was quite happy with the size and quality of all that plants. Can wait to order again.
Very healthy plant and root system. It has glossy leaves that are quite distinct from those with matte leaf species.
