This collection comes from a specialist Cymbidium nursery in Taiwan that we have worked with across several seasons. They focus on traditional Chinese Cymbidium, Japanese and Korean spring orchids, fragrant XiangLan hybrids, and large-flowered Cymbidium hybrids — a lot of named cultivars that rarely make it to North America.

How to read the names: Asian Cymbidium go by cultivar name rather than grex, so each listing shows the species, the romanised cultivar name, and the original Chinese or Japanese name — for example Cym. ensifolium 'Da-Feng-Su' 建蘭大鳳素. The code at the front of the title marks the group: #CC# Chinese Cymbidium, #JC# Japanese & Korean Cymbidium, #XL# fragrant XiangLan hybrids, #CH# large-flowered Cymbidium hybrids.
