💡 Quick tip: Grade C plants offer the best value for experienced growers comfortable with bare‑root recovery. Grade A is ideal if you want a ready‑to‑display plant with minimal risk. All grades are clearly labeled on each product.

📌 Important points to consider before making a purchase:
  • Bare‑root & AS‑IS: All imported plants are sold in the condition they arrive. For preorder items, please allow for 10–20% imperfections before making a purchase.
  • Reference Photo: Images are provided by our suppliers and are for reference only. We recommend also cross checking photos from other growers online to better understand the expected appearance.
  • No spike guarantee: Because of transit stress, items marked Not in Spike are not held to any spike or flower condition. If a plant accidentally carries a spike, it is sent as a bonus without warranty.
  • Maturity: Please evaluate the maturity based on the size reference photo provided. If no photo is available, we will ensure the orchid arrives as described.
  • Cancellation: Items may be subject to cancellation if the plant arrives damaged, if its described condition has changed, or if it becomes unavailable by the time of import.
