• All the preorder plants will come with bare roots, No pots and growing mediums.  (For more information about bare root and shipping conditions, please read 中文訊息 )
• The newly imported plants may have leave and root damage during transportation. 
• The plants need to recover after being received and are suggested for growers with experience. 
• If you are a new grower, please purchase "New Grower Insurance" to get an additional one-week live guarantee and free exchange per plant.
