-The "Preorder" label means the items have not yet arrived and are still available for pre-order. -"New Arrival" label indicates that the itmes have recently arrived and are ready for pickup and shipping.
We are a plant import company and do not grow orchids locally. Preorder items are not in stock and will take longer to import and arrive. We collect orders first, then import and ship them directly to you when they arrive.

This was my first try purchasing a bare root orchid via long distance delivery. It arrived in better condition than I expected. It’ll be great to see it bloom, but it might be a while until it establishes and spikes.
