  • Shipments may be held until temperatures are safe for transport.

  • Maturity: Please evaluate the maturity based on the size reference photo provided. If no photo is available, we will ensure the orchid arrives as described.
  • AS-IS: This plant is recently imported and may not be in perfect condition. Please allow 5–10% imperfections before making a purchase.
  • Bare-root: If the plants are not fully established in the pot, they will be considered bare-root and may need extra attention.
  • Potted plant: We have been growing it locally for a while; it shows good signs of active growth and is considered established.
  • Reference Photo: Images are provided by our suppliers and are for reference only. We recommend also cross-checking photos from other growers online to better understand the expected appearance.
