Wholesale Program

Orchidmart Inc. — orchid and horticultural plant import. Wholesale accounts for registered businesses and organizations (such as orchid societies) across Canada.

Wholesale Terms & Acknowledgements

1. Not intended for immediate resaleMost wholesale stock is supplied as bare-root plants, seedlings, or flasks. Plants require a period of cultivation and establishment (potting, acclimatization, root recovery) before they are suitable for retail sale. If you choose to resell any plant in bare-root or unestablished condition, you are responsible for clearly informing your customers of its condition and care requirements prior to sale.
2. Plant condition
   • Preorder items are sold as-is from import. Please review the condition notes on each individual product listing carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the stated condition of every item.
   • In-stock items from earlier import batches are sold in their current condition. Their size, appearance, and condition are not guaranteed to match the original listing.
3. Bare-root condition and acclimatization lossesBare-root plants may be delivered without pots or growing medium. They may lose roots and leaves during transit and recovery, and losses during the acclimatization period are not covered.
4. Flasks and seedlingsFlasks and seedlings require deflasking and growing-on experience as well as suitable facilities. We do not guarantee growth rate or time to maturity.
5. No bloom guaranteeBlooming size, flower form, and colour may vary.
6. Claims and returnsLive plants are non-returnable. Any claim must be made at the time of delivery or pickup and submitted with photos within 24 hours. Once plants are in your care, their condition depends on your growing environment and handling, so we do not provide any ongoing warranty after delivery.
7. Minimum order, pricing, and paymentMinimum order is $500 CAD, based on the order subtotal at the listed price, before the wholesale discount and before tax. Wholesale pricing is 30% off our regular retail price, calculated on the original price before any sale or promotional discount, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Full payment is required before dispatch. Orders are paid at the listed price, and the wholesale discount is then applied as a refund to your original payment method.
8. CancellationsIf a wholesale order is cancelled at the buyer's request, a restocking fee of 2% of the unit price of each cancelled item will be charged. Preorder items that have already entered the import preparation stage cannot be cancelled or refunded.
9. Faster fulfillmentFor the quickest processing, we recommend selecting items from one or two collections per order.
10. CITES noticeOrchids are CITES-listed. Wholesale stock is for sale within Canada only and may not be exported without the appropriate permits.
11. Approval at our discretionWholesale pricing is confidential, and accounts may be revoked for inactivity or misuse.
