Processing Time:
- Preorder Items: Preorder items are not in stock and require time to import. If your order includes preorder items, they typically arrive about a month after the preorder month (e.g., September preorder items will arrive in October). Information about the arrival date and shipping date can be found on our homepage and Instagram.
- Newly Arrived Items: Orders containing newly arrived preorder items will ship within one week of the announced shipping date. However, due to order volume, processing may extend by an additional week.
- In-stock Items: Orders containing only in-stock items will be shipped in next week’s shipping schedule. For example, if you order on a Monday or Friday this week, your order will be dispatched in our next week’s shipping schedule from Monday to Wednesday.
- Pending Orders: If any items in your order are not in good condition or do not match the description, we will hold the order and contact you for adjustments, which may delay shipping. Feel free to reach out if you have a pending order, and we will check the status for you.
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, or items from multiple preorder collections totaling more than 5 items, processing will take longer. We will contact you first to review your order and dispatch available items. Please be patient, as these orders require additional preparation time.
Shipping Timeline:
We encourage customers to select the most cost-effective shipping method for their area:
- Mild Weather: For temperatures around or below 25°C, standard 1-week shipping is generally sufficient.
- Summer (Above 28°C): We recommend choosing 3-day shipping to protect plants from heat stress.
- Winter (Below 10°C): For temperatures below 10°C, we suggest using 1-2 day shipping to prevent cold damage.
We offer competitive and fast shipping rates for small parcels containing five items or fewer, or under 1 lb. We’re happy to upgrade your shipping to 1-2 day service at our expense for smaller packages.
Larger packages may incur slightly higher costs. If your have combined orders and require multiple shipments, we will combine postage to optimize shipping. However, if adjustments are needed, we will contact you, and your order may be placed on hold.
Winter Shipping: Please add winter protection, which includes insulation and heat packs, to qualify for our live arrival guarantee. If your local temperature is low and winter protection is not added, we will contact you, and your order may be placed on hold.
