• You may cancel your order at any time during the preorder period before import is completed if you are no longer interested in items from this collection. We guarantee a full refund if any item cannot be fulfilled.

All preorder items are currently listed as 🔴 Grade C – Bare-root Import and are sold on an AS-IS basis at a 20% discount. Plants will be received in the condition in which they arrive. 

These imports are intended for collectors seeking unique varieties and may require additional care and attention. Orders are placed based on preorder quantities rather than for large-volume sales, as importing orchids is a complex process with inherent risks.
