We will collect orders first and import them after the sale ends, so preorder items will expect longer to receive. For this collection we will use air cargo and pick up from airport. The shipment will not be handle by Canada post. 

Winter Shipping: We ship year-round. If your local temperature is below 0°C, we highly recommend adding our winter protection and live arrival guarantee insurance to your order. Additionally, please select a fast shipping method for optimal results.

Combined Shipping: If you need combined shipping with existing orders, please place another order and include the order numbers you wish to combine. We will also check for any possible shipments that can be combined and refund any shipping overages.

Preorder: Items in this collection are currently not in stock and are in the process of being imported. Please note that the dispatch schedule set in the system for in-stock items does not apply to these products. The expected waiting time is over one month.

Bare-rooted: The items will be imported bare-rooted in compliance with CFIA import requirements, meaning they come without a growing medium or pot. However, for plants that require higher humidity, we will import them with moist sphagnum moss. See details below:

AS-IS: The items will be dispatched to customers upon arrival and delivered in the condition they arrived in. Please note that they may be dehydrated or have some leaf damage due to transportation. While they may not be perfect, we ensure that the plants are healthy enough to recover and thrive with proper care. 

Not in Spike: Items will be sold without flower spikes.

Plant Size: Size information is provided by the supplier. Regardless of the size description, please examine the second photo and evaluate the size based on your experience. (If not provide, we will insure the size is sold as in the description. )
