Expected arrival date: Arrived. Shipping and local pick up will be arranged during the week of Dec9th to Dec 16th. For some Chinese cymbidium we will arrange another shipment in mid Dec. Most of them are in good condition are ready to ship. 

Winter Shipping: We ship year-round. If your local temperature is below 0°C, we highly recommend adding our winter protection and live arrival guarantee insurance to your order. Additionally, please select a fast shipping method for optimal results.

Combined Shipping: If you need combined shipping with existing orders, please place another order and include the order numbers you wish to combine. We will also check for any possible shipments that can be combined and refund any shipping overages.

Preorder: Items in this collection are currently not in stock and are in the process of being imported.

Bare-rooted: The items will be imported bare-rooted, which means they come without a growing medium and pot.

Local growing/In stock: The items is currently in stock and ready to ship. 

AS-IS: The items will be dispatched to customers once they arrive. Items will be delivered in the condition they arrived in. Please consider that they might be dehydrated or have leaf damage due to transportation, etc.

Not in Spike: Items will be sold without flower spikes.

Plant Size: Size information is provided by the supplier. Regardless of the size description, please examine the second photo and evaluate the size based on your experience.
