• Newly Landed Plants: These plants have just arrived and are still acclimating. Please allow a short recovery period (1–2 weeks) for the plant to settle in its new environment.
• Reference Photos: Images are provided by suppliers for reference only. We recommend cross-checking with photos from other growers to understand expected appearance.
• No Spike/Flower Guarantee: Items marked “Not in Spike” are not guaranteed to have spikes or flowers. If a spike is present by accident, it is sent as a bonus without warranty.
• Maturity: Evaluate maturity based on the size reference photo. If no photo is available, we ensure the orchid is as described.
• Combined Shipping: Orders containing both in‑stock and preorder items will be held until all items arrive, then shipped together.
