• If you no longer wish to wait for your order, you may cancel at any time before the import process is completed and receive a full refund. We also guarantee a full refund for any item that cannot be fulfilled.

All preorder items are currently listed as 🔴 Grade C – Bare-root Import and are sold on an AS-IS basis at a 20% discount. Plants will be received in the condition in which they arrive. 

These imports are intended for collectors seeking unique varieties and may require additional care and attention. Orders are placed based on preorder quantities rather than for large-volume sales, as importing orchids is a complex process with inherent risks.
